Visited this palace hotel to attend a conference. The property is really not made for such events. There were lots of foreigners staying in the hotel, so my guess is that staying there could be a different experience altogether. The palace is magnificent, very classy, artistic and modern.

An old palace converted into a hotel. The palace is beautiful and historic and contains a lot of memorablia from the days of the Maharajas. But the place lacks the intimacy and charm. It feels jaded and tired. The restaurant was touted as the best in Bikaner but we really did not want to sit in a dark retro looking place that lacked all character so we went elsewhere instead.
