We had cooking lessons with Dr. Smita Kulshreshtha in her kitchen at Sneh Deep Guest House, in Jaipur located near old city about ten minutes from Sanganeri Gate. She taught us Authentic Indian Cooking in Jaipur. She talked about importance and food value of spices used and also about the role of Indian Food for wellness before actually demonstrating cooking.We tried our hands on work. She was precise and knowledgeable and qualified also for this subject.We found her class was more informative and cheaper than other classes available in Jaipur. We enjoyed eating the food cooked during the class under her supervision later on the nice terrace with the host. We would like to recommend and call it as the best cooking class in Jaipur.
