I have ordered twice from gift Jaipur. First order was for Jaipur location which was not sent on time. Second order is for Pilani. I have very bad experience. I have ordered roses n cake on my parents anniversary.I paid extra Rs200 for roses n Rs 100 for cake because of location. On anniversary day what my parents got was unpacked roses and cake without knife n candle.I have raised the complain to team.They assured compensatory pastries n refund if Rs 100.Nothing has been sent for 4 days i have requested not to sent any pastries to home as my parents were not avilable.Even they though they sent it n no refund has been done till date.Also Agent name Dushyanta misbehaved with my husband n me.I have requested so many times that i need to speak supervisor but guess they donot have any.
