    I have my policy linked to Mumbai head office. They are very slow guys. Very rude customer care staff. Phone numbers that they provide, except customer care number, has no use as no one pick up the call. They take almost 5 hours to process your cashless pre-approval and same number of hours for solving queries raised cashless pre-approval. National Insurance has made biggest mistake by appointing them their TPA, DSH was very good, quick and co-operative.
