Very bad experience ( travel udaipur to mumbai) I booked ticket from red bus online parshvanath travels but at the time of seating I found a different bus Anukul Travels which is in very bad condition When I asked to the office manager he said hum last 2 years se aise hi chala rahe hai apko jana ho to jao Mobile charging points are not working Very bad toilet smell Covers and curtains are not good Driver behavior very rude So much noise Cooling is not proper As per 420 law i called police of udaipur and taken bus to police station When I taken the bus to police station they said this is not in our area you booked ticket from online so jaha red bus ka office hoga complaint waha book hogi ( sub mile huai hai) That time all passengers are suffering from same issue and all are supporting me Thanks to everyone Also I m filing complaint in mumbai police station and consumer court. Friends hum log kab tak fool bante rahenge we need change. Jai Hind.
