    Worst experience ever I visited the show room to purchase activa, nobody was there to attend me, I sat idle for 45 min., Finally one salesman came and told me, that out side the showroom activaisparked, you go and see yourself and ask me if any query is there. I went back to him after looking the activa, and asked so many things but he was not interested in answering. I left the showroom changing my mind to switch over to TVS Jupiter

    Staff behaviors so confusing. no co-ordination between billing staff and workshop worker. i purchased Honda Hornet in black color. this bike not come with side indication buzzer , but they put buzzer cost in my bill and charged to me. when i asked to staff, they said me " sir ab to bill ho gya kya kare". they also did a blunder mistake, put silver color leg guard in black color bike. so very confusing behaviors.

    Such a horrible experience... service providers are so irresponsible..can even say illiterate.. blaming on customer itself for their wrong explanations regarding scooter booking formalities and services..really shocked me.. No one there worry or care for thier customer satisfaction... pathetic showroom ever visited

    Horrible experience regarding service and place........ there is no customer interaction, no professional gesture, everyone is confused, not knowledgeable and the place is in worst condition. I visited here to buy an activa for which i had to wait for a half day(yes i had no prior booking) just to know its available or not. Employees were least bothered. Atlast the scooty was available but when i inquired for card payment they said yes but when i reached there the swypping machine was not working,,,, for again i had to run to get cash. Now after all formalities when they handed me the key the vehicle was covered with full of dust.... i had to ask them to clean the vehicle.... tool kit was missing which was replaced when asked. In total this is not the way how honda works. HONDA ITS TIME TO LOOK INTO YOUR SERVICES, OTHERWISE SOME HERO WILL TAKE YOUR POSITION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Very bad service provider. Your two wheeler may come out as is when you handed over to the company person. Sometimes not even washing is done so you can expect what would have been done with internal parts when you are not there for the whole day. Nobody takes responsibility. No doubt showroom and staff is good but service center is pathetic.
