Went to the hotel for a work retreat. Staff was extremely professional. The rooms are generally well maintained and cleaned well. The confer room was also perfectly alright. The pool is extremely clean and the Chlorine balance of the water is maintained perfectly. The food is brilliant.

We went there because it is the only place in Udaipur where you can listen to live traditional Indian. Sitar and flute player Saresh is as good as it gets. Very open to talk about music. The terrace where the concert takes place is heavenly and cocktails are very well mixed and fair price.

Very clean and beautiful Staff : Best with so much respect for guests. Services are good. Free wifi. Kids play zone, camel ride and swimming pool makes it Paradise.

Arrangements for world class hotel, so many facilities, aesthetic views, tried to provide food varieties as customer expect. But some minor cases cleaning, caring about customers should be little bit improved. If so five star rating can be easily achieved.
