This rating is only for their collections they have in their brightly decorated showroom, and not for the people working over there. The employees working there are not customer friendly and have no knowledge about the the stuffs which are being sold there, their voice tone is bad, no smile in the face and not even know how to behave with a customer and not even with their manager when i was purchasing stuffs from there.
