WORST... There is no sla for anything. The technicians need to be reminded every time after raising a complaint and they are very well versed in throwing different reasons that can be given. They call themselves big company and they cannot source an adhesive to use for brake liners. If parts are ordered it takes minimum 10 days to reach from Chennai, their so called factory. Approval process between their departments for parts is pathetic. Overall I advise not to go with these guys. Absolutely no respect for customers time.
