Saravanan ShanmugamThe best recommended name for this company is "Unfair Deal" all that they have is only web of lies. Got a L shape sofa for ₹24000 in 2014. Down these years one of the few provided pillows lost its zipper and one of the seating area got torn just a small bit (we are any ways managing it for 6 months without further damaging it). They had boasted a 5 year warranty and free repair. Hence when I called they responded after almost 1 and a half month and many calls and one direct visit say that the product is under warranty and they will charge me just ₹4000 (₹2800 for the cloth and ₹1200 for transport). The torn cloth is a piece of white cloth of 1 foot by 1 foot that needs to be mended and you charge me ₹2800? Just sick guys. Thanks for making me write this unpleasant review. Unfortunate I could not mark you anything lesser than 1 star.

Order a 3 seater a month ago (on 22-Oct-2016) and they committed a lot (as like a normal vendor) before i pay the amount, including 10 day (worst case) delivery. But delivery has not happened till now and i am still following up with them every day with every single person in the store including Manager SHAHUL, Owner YASIR, sales reps etc. These days my daily routine is to wake up, call them for a current status in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening and at times visting the store in person with the hope that i can meet either the owner YASIR or the manager SHAHUL, but that never happened. You can easily witness the false/fake commitment in their very word they say. Currently running behind them to cancel my order and for amount refund. SHAHUL openly says his owner is absconded and un-reachable. Finally after waiting/negotiating/quarelling (with many false commitments) over phone calls (more than 50 times) and inperson follow up store visits for almost 30 days, YASIR agreed to deposit amount in my bank account. At the time of writing this rewiew i am yet to receive my amount back. My advise would be not to go with their words and never pay (even advance) amount before actual delivery of product which will never happen to my belief. Beware and Stay away from these guys!
