Pathetic,. Never picking customer call and rude behaviour to customers Delivery boy never delivering on time and we need to make multiple follow up Most of the time getting SMS as delivered but actual delivery took more than one month after receiving the SMS. Not sure agency is tracking this Agency must concentrate to provide pleasing customer respinse

I went to apply gas on Saturday.. Took from and asked me to come in Monday to pay cash... And I got my cylinder on Tuesday.. There was shortage in stove ifs took two days for stove..overall fast and nice response by the team.. No problem for me...

Extremely pathetic service. They never pick calls. Took a month and 4 complaints and 2 visits to the agency to finally get our refill. The crew was indifferent and rude. They did not deliver in my area citing the flood reasons and asked us to personally go and get the cylinder from the go-down. But we saw them delivering to the areas near us the same day. Please do not buy from this distributor. Too much harassment to get such an important commodity like gas.
