Treatment is good. Hospitality is good But customer service very poor. Insurance team very slow need to followuo regularly. Do not have a coutesy to update. During discharge reports to be readily available but we need to go to all departments to collect reports. Infact reports during discharge was not ready handy. Treatment should not hold so have made payment post insurance clearance they have to refund back but called us after 5 days to collect which is a failure of hospital process. Why after making payment customer to wait and collect cheque. We planned by pass next week but wont be going due to poor service.

Not so good and not so bad. Dr. Seema Gowtham is good and kind. It is good to take scans out of the hospital.

Hospital services are good, but the Gynecologist is very worst, my suggestion is please dont go to the Gynecologist Dr. Lavanya, she is very lazy and doing worst treatment...
