Nice hotel exterior but interior needs improvement.. good room service.. vasanta bavan is in ground floor.. so easy access to quality food..

The senior management in Hotel Karpagam is very thoughtful towards guest stay and comfort, they also take responsibility which is very good for any guest these days. My car windshield got shattered while being parked at their premises and the senior management was kind enough to reimburse the entire room rent I had payed, without any argument. I got it replaced using my car insurance but the gesture shown by them was very warming. Infact, I am going to give back to them the excess money they gave to me (more than the money spent for insurance claim) and this hotel automatically becomes my first choice for stay whenever me or my family visits Chennai, which we do quite often - Bharath, Bangalore.
