Venkataswamy RajagopalCompared to Delhi metro, ticket counter is very very slow. Passengers require walk over bridge to cross Poonamallee high road. same with Alandur. Any way it is a good beginning with poor planning. Require glass screen at least in Airport to prevent any mishap. Wanted to give Five star but at present not more than 3.

Nicholas BenadictI and my Family travelled from Alandur to CMBT, it was a nice trip, the travel time was 10 minutes and the waiting time was less than 6 minutes. I learnt that the Frequency is every 8 minutes, having travelled on Road for a very long time. It was a nice to travel within a short time. Thanks to the Metro service. The Cost can be reduced to attract people, Once people are used to the service, it may reach its breakeven quickly. As I discussed with my friends, every one were bothered for the Cost of Travel.
