A Google UserI bought Vitrified tiles (Marbonite) from the Vadapalani Branch. Mr. Meeran was my sales advisor. The total value of my order was Rs.2Lacs. It was a good experience till the order placement. once my cheque was cleared, the problem started. apart from delayed delivery, the biggest shock was almost 35% of the goods were damaged and based on the feedback from my builder, i hear the goods were of OLD STOCK. i had made numerous calls to mr.meeran and his colleauges for replacement. though finally i managed to replace close to all the damaged goods, the overall experience was very poor. I made numerous visits to the showroom and once travelled to their Head office also. Please be more cautious in dealing with them
