Sharanya VaradarajanThis Review is about the Toni & Guy Branch in Sai Baba Colony. I had wanted to get a funky hair color done for quiet some time so I decided to go with blue, which is my favorite color. And since Toni & Guy is a famous hairdresser chain around the world, I had lot of expectations from that place. Krishna is the one who had colored my hair. I have heard that he is very good with haircuts, but I honestly am not very happy with the hair coloring. I have gotten my hair colored before as well, so I was expecting extra hair fall, but this time it just seems to be much more. And extra dry as well, because my hair was bleached longer over here. Well, I can’t blame them for my hair fall, because it was my decision to get my hair colored, and I understand that it’s an expected negative consequence of it. What I am really disappointed with is, the fact that…the color does not show AT ALL on my hair. So my hair fall doesn’t seem worth it. Yes, it was my decision to get blue done, but it is their duty as professionals to make the customer aware that it would not show on my hair and suggest other alternatives. Which they did not do! And when my sister-in-law asked them about it, they said that they like to do experiments!!!!! -_- Experiments on customers’ hair!!! Without their knowledge?! – That seems VERY professional! (It’s called sarcasm.) So, I did not only loose a lot hair because of their “experiment”, but I also lost the money I spent on it along with 6 hours of my time. In conclusion, I would like to say that, they are good with haircuts. I will not deny that. I had got mine done by Subhash. But, I am not happy with my hair coloring experience AT ALL!
