Apart from the shenanigans that occur in any beauty parlor, this branch of naturals salons is the pinnacle of deprivation and disappointment to people who come for good service. Certain services like hair cut, mani, pedi, waxing, are good, but special services need to be improved. To top off this experience, is the administrative staff, who are frequently changed. The current manager is very poor in ethics, communication and conduct. I may go back for simple services, but after the conduct of the manager today, I am questioning my choice to seek services at this salon.
