No geysers at rooms, pathetic room service. Bathroom door once closed and got inside heshe cannot open..make sure you have somebody in living to open the door. 2 stars given is only for the budget(Rs900-1000).I stayed on DEC 10th 2016

Really enjoyed the stay here. They were kind enough to tell us about the places to see nearby. Loved the service.

We booked 2 rooms through cleartrip only one was available when we arrived... Torn beds, broken toilet seat covers, broken door locks... Unhygienic toilets... They gave second room after few hours... This time even worse no toilet seats... No TV... Horrible customer service... If we had not already paid the amount we surely would have cancelled the booking.

Literally no service. No towels. No restaurant on the premises. One need to ask atleast 10 times for any toiletries.
