Karthik VeluOne of the worst places you could ever buy a furniture from. I visited the place initially on last week of December. I had selected a wardrobe which cost Rs. 17000.00. I had also seen another wardrobe which cost Rs. 16,000.00. I was told the wardrobes will be delivered within 3 working days. I obtained a quotation for the 17k wardrobe. I placed an order for a wardrobe 2nd week of January after paying advance of 1000.00. I had also made a DD in their favour for rs. 9977. What happened since then is the worst consumer experience I ever had in my life. They gave an initial delivering date estimate of January 22nd. However it was never delivered. Since then I have followed up with them multiple times as to when the wardrobe will be delivered. They kept repeating less that they will be delivering it within 2 days each time I called or visited them.finally on 5 th February they called me and said the wardrobe I placed an order for is no longer being produced. I was really upset and angry. However since I had already made a DD in their favor and paid 1000 advance too. I decided to select the other wardrobe which was of 16k.but they said that too cost the same 17k and finally have me a quotation of 16 .5 k for the other wardrobe .they delivered the wardrobe 3 days later on 9 th February. The hangar, the lights were not installed in the wardrobe and no finishing was done and it looked shabby. When I enquired about it they said the same will be done within 2 days and till date nothing has been done about it. I would rate the customer service in this store the worst I have ever come across in my life. Never ever purchase anything from this store. Please stay away
