Yesterday I have Ordered 1.5kgs of White forest in Trichy Cantonment Branch through Phone Call. And asked for Door Delivery with total Charges of Rs.1100(including delivery charges ) -> The delivery was promised by 1:30pm but got the cake by 2:30pm -> Literally one hour delay -> And here comes the Cake ,which no one can believe its a white forest.May be only by its white color. -> Very Rubbish it was.Had no taste. ->Never had such a worst White Forest Cake ever.Utter Waste of 1100rs. Very very Disappointed with this service and production.

I ordered for white forest birthday cake.But Very worst they prepared our cake as spounge cake..Bread spread cheated me and charged me the cost for white forest cake.

We bought some stuff for us to eat and went to the 1st floor. After sitting in there for 15 mins, one of the staff came to us and asked to leave very rudely...... even though the place was empty We did talk to the store manager, but it went in vain. These people need to go to big cities and see how a cafe is run...
