Food is good but reception staff has no manner to guest who comes to Hotel. When we stepped into Hotel it started raining when we asked the reception desk man to ask some one to help lift our luggage it took 10 minutes for the door-bell boy to come to us. Not only that once we completed our formality of booking they did not informed us of where to dine and where will be breakfast served. That was never expected.

Food is great. Do not try the new Thai cuisine there, its quite sad. Ambience is also alright even thoughts its been newly decorated. Definitely can be improved further with liquor being served in the restaurant area as well.
