Residency rooms r very spacious, good facilities. Service v good, helpful owner !! Ask what you need and a solution would be offered by the manager himself ! Love this place ....

Near to bus stand.All visiting places are very near by.very near to serenity beach and auroville beach.The rooms are very clean, comfortable, spacious and worth of cost. very good greenery view from terrace. You wont feel it as a guest house or some other place. You feel it as home.One and only Person behind all this is "Mr.Muruli sir(Manager)". Very friendly, helping person.schedule your time to talk to Mr.Muruli sir(ha ha ha). With All respect I thank him for everything.And also the staffs are very friendly and helping. "Karthik Residency" is doing great job to serve the need of visitors. At the end of your vacation you would definitely miss "Karthik Residency". Recommended place to stay in pondicherry.
