Travelled about 300kms to pondicherry.booked the resort 5 days before arrival.i called twice also to check for availability.when i am 2kms away from the resort they say no rooms are available in the last minute.the guy in charge is very irresponsible and does not have the minimum coutersy to talk to a guest.i will never come back here and never will i recommend any one! We were struck midway in pondicherry because of these people.it was a peak season so all the hotels were booked .worst holiday!worst experience! Lack of staff! Bad management!

Prabu JThe rooms were literally but maintained at all. Even basic amenities like towel, rugs, blankets were not provided.. the bed and pillows were unclean..
