Theater looks not that great,audio quality is not upto expected, watching telugu movies when tickets are not available would be the choice. Bonus ac would work only at break timing plus mosquitoes are regular customers.

Not maintained properly. Theater management sells the black tickets with the help of sweepers, canteen workers and the parking lot people.

Single screen theatre maintained well. Tickets are about ₹100. I was fine with the sound.
