The worst experience ever. I bought a cooler from them(national brand), water started leaking right from the day one, after complaining numerous times they sent the technician, he adjusted the grass opened the side compartments n did some adjustments. The leakage was stopped for 30 minutes and again started, this time it started leaking from two places. I called and complained again, they are asking me to pay the transportation charges to replace the cooler which is unacceptable. I already paid transportation charges once now they need to bare any and every expense to replace the defective piece which they sent. I will never recommend them to anyone.
