Venkata Vineeth KWorst Service!! Hopeless, Arrogant!! I registered a complaint with Sony on Oct 19th for service for my LED Smart TV. They assigned to this Sree Balaji Electronics. From that day, till now, nobody called or came. I called Sony daily. Still, nobody attended. Finally, I got their direct number. When I call, I get a vague answer - will come in 1 hr, will come in 1 hr. Then, it goes to - will come tomorrow. Everytime, its the same answer. They are the worst cust serv providers I have ever seen/talked to. They are taking customers for ride!! Sony should immediately cancel their tie-up with these bunch of lunatics who dont have basic idea of service! Most Useless bunch!! They are just cheating customers in the same of service!! I DONOT recommend them to any service, leave alone Sony!
