rama krishnaVery very nice place to meditate.I have completed my 10day course. This is not a meditation what we think.. It is a meditation technique in reality.it is non-religious meditation.This meditation technique cleared all doubts in my mind. This place is one of vipassana meditation centres all over the world.And peaceful environment total silence if u have peaceful mind. Sorry for my poor English..If any one is going for first time for Vipassana meditation you can comment.i will give reply to help you.

Tuyen MarkThe course is good. The food is good. The accomodation is good. Everything is free to join. You should bring some comfortable clothes (like pyjamas) to do meditate belong with personal stuffs (soap, toothpaste, detergent, slippers, etc.) It will be better to do laundry yourself, the servive is very slow.
