Great place to learn yoga. Instructors are very nice and give individual attention. I am learning from last 1 month and had noticed changes in myself. They have meditation classes also.

I am a yoga practitioner and currently doing teacher training course at Nirvaana. With my personal experience, I can say that it is the best place to do yoga & meditation. The environment is pleasant and words of Dr.Vinay guruji are very inspiring. Also, the timings are flexible which is an added advantage. All these things make me come to classes regularly and stay healthy. I am very happy and proud to be a part of Nirvaana.

Ambiance is good. But i did not feel any improvement. Here the Guruji comes rarely.

Some thing unique about this place is their customisation of yoga postures for your needs, though we practice in a group. Everyone surely experience a lot of energy too in their very charging ambience. Great value for your time and money too.
