KAVISHA GUPTA“Fabulous welcome fantastic hotel” Great staff that know the true value of customer service special mention for reception and the restaurant first class service, the evening menu was varied and the food exceptional. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We heard absolutely no street noise despite being facing onto a busy road. The bar was also quite nice. The new year celebration was Cherry on top.

Shardendu RaiHotel room is good .. but few things need to improve I am staying in this hotel since last three month .. in tourist season time their restra services.. room cleaning quality .. food quality was good but in off season time it become pathetic.. most irritating thing is check in and check out process ..minimum 10 -15 min required .. secondly during breakfast you have to wait for 15-20 min even for boiled egg like thing.. most of the time room telivision doesnt works.. need to improve services also few experienced guy required on reception ...
