Worst service I have seen..if we call for customer care than we have to wait 5-20 minutes every time. Every day Connectivity problems and very late response for any problem. Waiting from 2 days for resolving wire broken problem but no solution yet only time wastage.

Service is very bad in all the areas. There are frequent disconnections and these people keep on telling lies that they are looking into the matter. Any other internet connection would be better than Excitel.
