sangram nalavadeFraud. I took package to Kerala and Kanyakumari in month of April. In my hotel coupons rooms mentioned was Deluxe but at actual room given all location was standard with no facilities. Also I had to pay Rs 3000 extra for Kanyakumari which was already mentioned in my package and I was promised that I will be re paid . But till date I have not received re payment nor I have received any bills for tour.. Mr. Atul is a not receiving calls nor replying to my mails. Total dissatisfaction. Sangram
