The staff members are cooperative and good. However the company has super ancient procedures. Even for things as simple as changing your plan, you have to visit the office and submit a written application. And then you have to wait for the application to reach the circle office by post where it is approved. I have used other broadband connections and all of them allow you to change your plan online by just the click of a button. I gave the two stars only for the good and friendly staff at the office. However, I should have had to visit the office at all. Zero for the company services. Pathetic.
