this mall is very nice and very big, here there is srs cinema and even shopping. the shopping is very good

Terrible experience. Watching movie today in SRS gorakhpur, Hindi medium movie. AC is switched off. We are sweating. Three times requested for the same. Different reasons given.

The functioning of Air Conditions in the Audi 3 of SRS ,Gorakhpur in the morning show( i.e from 10.00 A.M.) is very very poor on 25/06/2017.Despite regular chasing with staff of Cinema Hall, the cooling of hall of Audi 3 has been started only after one and half hour i.e. from 11.30 A.M. This is against the name and fame of SRSs . The management must look into.

Very bad service in this cinema. Due to no other multiplex, Everything is too much expensive SRS is making fool to our citizens.

Worst service by them...they are not providing advanced ticket of Sunday..visited several times but refused by their staff...

SRS ticket booking is not very much friendly. They will never sell you the top seats with no explanation at all. Then you will see other people with the tickets to the top row. Air Conditioner is not good inside the auditorium.
