The person on the other side of the phone was very arrogant.. Dint have any etiquettes how he should speak to a lady on the other side.. I was just inquiring about the visiting hours and the age group of the kids so that my son can meet them and celebrate his birthday wid them but that man was so rude and blatantly refused that we cannot meet the kids.. Not trustworthy...
