Worst courier service ever, i waited 4 days for my prduct, which i needed in urgent, nd they put on the status that delievery is attempted, but i got no call....close ur facility or the time will do so..

They send a message that address is incorrect even while they do not attempt delivery at all. Neither any body calls to ask or inform. Very poor service quality.

Do not use Aramex for courier. Their working hours for customer care are pathetic. They close their customer care on peak times as if they running a bank. They never picks up the courier on time.

Very POOR Service!!!! They did not deliver my product which I had ordered on ebay. And I get an SMS that It has been delivered. I have been calling Ebay since 20 days now to get a refund. Waste of money and time.
