Very pathetic experience. Obituary ad was printed without the photograph. Their online software is flawed. I have been following up with the customer service folks bu it is of no use. My ad history shows a broken image and customer service tells me that the it indicates that the photo was not uploaded. They are not acknowledging that their software is buggy and flawed. I put up a very basic ad and now I am continuously following up to reprint the ad or get a reprint. I will never use their service again. I will rather go to the newspaper office and get the work done.
