Never trust and use this agent, run by a lady called Soma. My parents bought round trip tickets Kolkata Jakarta Thai Airways. On return leg, Thai denied check in at Jakarta claimed its a fake ticket , I had to buy tickets again for my parents. I threat to sue them so they refunded me . Similar Case with my front door neighbour, he and his family of 10 were denied check in at Cochin on return time , had to buy tickets again. And poor guy hasnt got refunds yet from the corrupt travel agent.
