Pulak Kumar Bhattacharya(1) Security is a matter of serious concern. In spite of having security guards, the fixtures / sanitary installations are removed by breaking the windows at the top floor. So buyers should be cautious enough before making such decision to buy a flat at Vishnu Regency. My flat at 4th floor has been burgled dated 11/04/2016 Monday. Also lost the machineries & equipments of interior designer. (2) Quality of the construction & electric fitting are of very poor quality. (3) Water scarcity. (4) Power Back up does not work.
