The location is very convenient to reach from railway station. Also it is walking distance from esplanade metro station. The double room was very spacious. The bathroom was huge with shower and a bath tub. Room service was prompt. The people were very courteous. They welcomed us with a glass of buttermilk during check-in and gave us two chocolate bars on checking out. Overall very pleased with the hotel.

I am a regular visitor to this hotel. Besides being conveniently located , the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good though I must mention that the variety for vegetarians for lunch or dinner is not that great. Price is also high for the food. I would certainly recommend this hotel to all business and leisure travelers.

Brilliant location, right in Esplanade. I asked for, and got, a room with a view. To my surprise, the view turned out to be one of the Victoria Memorial, over vast expanse of green - great to look at, both by day and night (when the Victoria Memorial is lit up) Also, given the location, surprisingly easy to step out of and head to other parts of Calcutta.
