Debanjan BanerjeeBought a scooty dio from this honda motorcycle store. Once the payments are done you are no one to them. They kept us waiting for more than 3 hours to attach the accessories where they told us it will take only 45mins. A woman who mainly deals with the accessories not at all a good person. She treats customers worst as hell. She lacks in well manner. Those who are planning to buy motorcycles from this dealer make sure you pressurize them or they will take forever to do the job ;)

Aditya SomHorrible experience as mentioned by other users here. The motorcycle I was delivered was not washed at the basic level and delivered dirty as it came from the warehouse. A security guard from outside the showroom delivers the vehicles and not a showroom staff who delivered the bike and taught me the basics of starting / maintaining the bike at the time of delivery. The showroom staff where nowhere to be seen. Showing no real concern to registration delays and constantly putting me on loop to call them back every 2 days till today. The behaviour of the people who take calls are utterly rude to the core as if the dealership is doing a favour by selling the vehicles. I regret not verifying with other dealerships in the region as suggested by other members and personal acquaintances.
