These guys came in to service my A.C. which was suffering from water leakage from the indoor unit. They advised me to fill the machine with gas which was supposedly low and was causing ice to form in the indoor unit and that in turn led to the water leakage. not only did they fail to fix the water leakage, to my amusement I later found out they apparently stole all the screws from the indoor unit. I have called them a hundred times in the past one week. They have only received my call 3-4 times saying they will soon send in an engineer but to no avail. Stay away from this service centre. You will not know what you are getting yourself into. Thinking of approaching the consumer forum now.
