Saikat RoyAbout 55 of us went to Sundarban on 26 Jan 2015. We stayed at Sundarban Riverside Holiday Resort. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodation. It was nice, neat, clean, quiet, free of mosquito! Did not need to use mosquito net. I loved sitting out on the balcony (see in the picture). As the power supply of the resort is through its own generator, running hot water is supplied at the specific time in the morning, after we had our bed tea. Service was excellent. Sufficient bottled water supplied. Good Bengali dishes we enjoyed. On the whole our stay was very comfortable. Wished we could stay a bit longer! Room Tip: Ground floor on the south side with a hanging balcony.
