Severus SnapeTicket Id 1722- Horrible horrible experience. They took my Google Nexus 5 phone for repair and could not repair it even after 12 days. Stopped receiving my calls and did not return the phone even after continuous requests for 4 days. I had to manually find my way and visit their offices in the dingy lanes of Kestopur and recover my phone. Technical Service guys are ok but the receptionist is extremely rude and ill mannered. Be very careful of this company - many of the other positive reviews looks paid and fraudulent.
