Customer care representative name was Soumitra Sarkar, I asked him fr my balance deduction details , he kept me in hold thrice bt surprisingly he told me ,they dont have any details...so my mobile balance is showing 0...while i have recharge my nmbr last month mid week...very disappointing behaviour.

horrible the services are worst . not provide my resulation, when my internet is slow then only try to provide wrong below resolution, So that the customer goes : 1. switch off and on mobile, 2. Sim eject and again insert in your mobile. 3. call me another sim 4. tranfer the call another senior agent but your call not recieve.
