I had a screen burn in issue in January 2017 (MOTO g4 Plus), I went there and they fixed it without any hassle. But the same problem occurred within 3 months (April), so I went there again, now first the lady at the counter alleged I had dropped my phone so they wont cover my warranty. Although the phone was in the exact same condition as the first time. After a mild argument they agreed to free servicing but said they dont have the parts required to repair it. And asked me to inquire after 45 days without any assurance. Which is quite baffling as the phone is relatively newly launched and their answer did not sound convincing. A brand like Lenovo(Motorola) should better their customer service, otherwise Why should I pay extra bucks for it? I can have cheaper phones like REDMI, HONOR etc. Horrible experience.
