They are taking service charges two times. First time they will attend the machine and take the attending service charge. But they will not make the machine OK at that time. They will identify the fault and go away. Then they will again come and repair the fault and again charge the service charge along with the spares price. They do not show the Price List of the spare parts to the customer and charge the price of the spare parts as per their will. This is my experience as a customer working with them which I am sharing with all.
