We travelled to andaman in april 2017 through Mac holidays. Such a bad experience it was that we have decided not to travel with any travel agency in future. Driver provided by them were not at all friendly for tourist and arogant. People at the hotels were not bothered whether guests were facing any problem or not. We had to call Kolkata office for facilities like dinner at hotel though included in iternaries. In andaman they planned our tour to ross and north bay island on wednesday, but on wednesday ross island is closed and no water sport activity were there in north bay island! When we infomed them that we missed tour to ross island they planned the tour 2 days later after coming back to port blair from havlok island. They cut short our tour to havlok as they book return ticket from havlok in the morning instead of afternoon.... and we were short of time to visit elephata beach and enjoy marine walk there. We had bitter conversation with them over phone for these aforesaid issues and they threatened us stating that they will withdraw all services. Now, we are planning to move to consumer protection forum.

Thanks to Mac Holidays specifically Mr.Biswajit who have arranged our Bhutan trip from 06/04/2016 to 11/04/2016 for 6 Adult.We are very much satisfied with Mac Holidays because which Hotel suggest by Mr.Biswajit (ShantiDeva in Thimphu,Hotel Lobesa in Punakha & Pelri Cottage in Paro) all Hotels are really fantastic,service are very good & also our driver is well behaved & coordinating.this trip is memorable for us ever.We have decided to make all our tour through with Mac Holidays only. I can assure that if anybody book their tour with Mac Holidays they must be satisfied & happy.Once again thanks to Mac Holidays team & Biswajit also.
