Ashish BagadiaThis agency is a complete fraud. After charging us double the market rate, they provided no service. We had taken 10 days sight seeing and intra city travel package from them from Bagdogra- Darjeeling- Pelling- Gangtok- Kamlimpong- Bagdogra from 14thMay-24thMay. There was not a single day where we were not required to place atleast 15 calls to them for sorting out the issues pertaining to car timing, car being sent to wrong hotels, wrong itinerary (itinerary had places which were shut down long time back - like rock garden in Pelling, or places which are not open on certain days - like Nathula pass on Monday). We had finally arranged the permit for Nathula Pass on our own, but then the agency failed to provide us with the taxi on time in the morning. Another friend of ours had availed their service but decided to cancel the bookings and seek refund after first 2 days. Would highly suggest that one should stay away from them, otherwise you can say bye bye to your peace of mind.

Narayan MahadevanMy family and I had taken a 9 days tour of Sikkim and Darjeeling during end june/early july 2015. While stay arrangements were made by us the entire travel plan was done by Nature Beyond. I would like to thank Mr.Pallab the director and his two colleagues Reealeena and Rakesh for the superb arrangement done to make our Trip truly memorable. We had some problems in the trip due to landslides and some of our points had to be cancelled but they substituted the same with other places on our request. When we had any urgent issues Mr.Pallab was always good enough to take the matter forward by giving suitable instructions to his team.Feedback given to him was gracefully accepted and promised to improve about the same.This I personally believe is a hallmark of a good company. Their drivers overall were good in driving which is very necessary in these regions. Best Regards Narayan
