    YOU GUYS DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR and I am not really interested in giving even ONE STAR at the moment and that should reflect how pathetic the services was. I wanted to get some pricing information on Mahindra Thar and as this would have been my first car so I wanted to get more information on same. When I visited the showroom I was welcomed by a girl who was so dumb and stupid that I wonder if Mahindra proactively hires such people to run their sales. The Sales girl with whom I was Interacting had little to no knowledge at all about the Car or Variants in which it was available. She just simply said that the Mahindra Thar which was parked inside the showroom is the Top Model one and that is the only Variant available anywhere as Mahindra has stopped selling other variants of Mahindra Thar Series. I mean like seriously if thats the case then why the F*** you stil see those people advertising all variants available. I dont know why Mahindra or Harbir Automobiles hire such stupid and non responsive sales executive for their profession. I had options to go for Volkswagen or Skoda but I thought why not give it a try for our very own Indian Brand and this is how you guys treat. My suggestions to people going to Harbir Automobiles is Just make sure you are already prepared to receive some pathetic services upfront rather than later on regretting it.

    worst kind of service is delivered by harbir automobile. Professional and ethical values are absent. you try to fool the customer. But remember customer is King. Mahindra should take back license or appoint their staff to check their service delivery which is at Nadir.

    Mail communication from my case. Very unprofessional behivour see bellow. They rather to blame costumer then fix Problems inside Company! I would like to rise official complain against Mahindra Harbir garage which provide for my car regular service. In my case of regular service Mahindra garage was not able to provide it even in 6 hours as they promise. 1) Time for service was given between 10 am - 4 pm but real hand-over time was 6 pm. Extra 2 hours taken. As this is postpone most of the regular times in this garage. Change of windscreen: 1) First day my driver called for 2 hours find measurements of windscreen 2) After one week called for change of windscreen. After 2 hours they found that its not proper windscreen 3) After another week called for change. Change took it 5 hours 4) Second day after change we found that rubber around windscreen not fix properly. Wind and humidity was going inside. Driver phone called to Mahindra garage and get answer glue it yourself. 5) My driver must visit Mahindra garage again because during change of windscreen Mahindra guys forget connect back pipe for wiper washing. Time which need to spend in Mahindra unknown at moment. My question is. Are we really dealing with original garage from Mahindra? From my side is all very unprofessional behaviour. Reply from GURPREET SINGH MANAGER BODYSHOP Your Driver is coming for windscreen replacement at 11:00 am and he wants his vehicle back on same day on that date he was hurry and he told me the vehicle he want at 3:30pm he says he was going with your forigen delegates .Now today he rang me he says there is a wind noise coming in vehicle So i told that you will come to our workshop in your convienient time Now sir tell me where is our fault if my persons work done . But you dont worry about this matter we will do our best because we are repairer and customer always right

    My friend work here and it is good
