Anurag MishraWe took 3 executive rooms, of which two were good and the third one was pathetic. Service is very bad and slow. The restaurant in the resort took a lot of time to get our food. This could be bacause of the peak season and too many guests at the resort. However this should not compromise the service that the resort promises to give.

neeta panditV have stayed there for 2 nights and V have taken 4 rooms but out of 4 rooms 1 room was for 1 night only and hotel manager Pratik have told me that V will refund you Rs.5500 but today almost 30 days have passed and they r not giving refund and hotel manager Pratik is even not picking up phone as a part of courtest. ...I called up hotel's owner Ankita mam also.she told me that send me your account number but she also had done nothing....so v had very bad experience about this resort...it would b better if v would have been went to Khanvel resort. ...but now we will give this complaint in consumer court and will also give in media.
